Refund policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Naughty Rituals does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

By placing an order on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


 

2. HYGIENE & SAFETY RESTRICTION

Our products fall under personal and intimate use categories.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with tampered seals

  • Products removed from original packaging

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of all customers.


 

3. NON-CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed and processed:

  • It cannot be cancelled

  • It cannot be modified

  • Shipping address cannot be changed after dispatch

Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.


 

4. EXCEPTIONS – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

We will only review refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product is defective upon arrival

To qualify:

  1. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the outer package

    • Photos of the product

    • Unboxing video (if available)

  3. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Approval of any replacement or refund is at our sole discretion after verification.


 

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)

In cases of refusal to accept COD orders:

  • Future COD access may be restricted

  • Logistics costs may be recovered where applicable

Repeated failed deliveries may result in permanent blocking of COD privileges.


 

6. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPROVED)

If a refund is approved under Section 4:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


 

7. FRAUD & ABUSE PROTECTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject refund claims that appear fraudulent

  • Block accounts engaged in suspicious activity

  • Deny service in cases of misuse of this policy
