PART B – TERMS OF SALE

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

1.1. Product listings constitute an invitation to offer.

1.2. Your order is an offer to purchase.

1.3. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product and send a shipment confirmation.

1.4. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.

 

2. PRICING

2.1. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

2.2. Prices may change without notice.

2.3. The price at checkout is final.

 

3. NO RESALE POLICY

Products are sold for personal use only.

We reserve the right to cancel bulk or commercial orders.

 

4. NO RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges.

  • No refunds once delivered.

Exceptions apply only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification within 24 hours of delivery.

5. RISK & TITLE

Risk transfers to you upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided.

We are not responsible for:

We may cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.
